Whether you have a big outdoor trampoline or a little indoor one like this, it can be easy to get bored of ‘just’ jumping. Our Trampoline Games can help!

Trampolines are wonderful at helping children to self regulate, improve muscle strength, endurance and coordination. However, they are also one of the leading causes of trauma and hospital admissions for young children. Check out the RCH guidelines for trampoline safety HERE

Please note: the RCH do not recommend outdoor trampoline use for children under 6 years due to the risk of injury.
